At CliquePrint, each item is custom-made to order just for you.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom photo magnets, memorial collections, puzzles, and personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds due to customer preference, ordering mistakes, or changes of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cliqueprintmagnets@gmail.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will gladly replace or refund any item determined to be damaged, defective, or produced incorrectly.
Shipping
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error was made by CliquePrint.
